
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 100g of minced beef
- ½ tomato, cut in cubes
- Small quantity of pasta, to make ¼ cup of cooked spaghetti.
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a pan with a lid. Add the onion and let it change colour.
- Add the mince, stir it with a wooden spoon and try to break it into very small pieces.
- Add the tomato and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- At the same time, put some water to boil in another pot to cook the spaghetti.
- Mix the mince with the spaghetti in a blender until mashed.
