
Ingredients
- 50g of sweet frumenty
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- 50g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- In a small pot bring the water to a boil. Add the frumenty and turn the heat down. Stir continuously, making sure it does not stick on the bottom of the pot. After 5 minutes, add the milk and oil and continue to stir until mashed. If necessary, add a little water.
- Serve it in a deep dish or bowl.
- Crumble feta cheese and serve it on top.
