
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked lentils
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta or katiki cheese
- 1 clove garlic crushed
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180ο Celsius. Put greaseproof paper in a baking tray.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- With wet hands, make medium-sized burgers and place them on the baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
